Ortura Organics · Argentine origin merchant

An Argentine origin merchant for chia and sesame, built on a founder-owned logistics firm with nearly forty years navigating Argentine export, customs and regulation. Our growers harvest mechanically, without desiccants — the route polar residues take into the seed. We run the polar panel on every lot regardless and report the figure. One accountable counterparty from the plant to the vessel — the same desk answers for the lot, the analysis, and the documents you pay against.

What protects you

The first container is the risky one. Here is where the risk sits.

01

You don’t prepay

Cash against documents. You pay against the shipping documents, not against a promise. LC negotiable if your bank prefers it.

02

You see the analysis first

The lot’s result against your list, line by line, before the container is booked. A flagged line is a lot we don’t offer you — not a claim you file later.

03

You test the same material

Once your lot is allocated, the sample is drawn from that lot under our sampling protocol — so what your QA assesses and what ships are the same material, not a lookalike. A sealed counter-sample is retained for 24 months against any dispute.

04

One counterparty

We buy and take title. Plant to vessel, the lot and the paperwork are ours to answer for — not a broker forwarding a problem.

Why Ortura

A lot is not good or bad. It is compliant, or it is not — for a named spec. The gap between a lot that clears and one that’s rejected at the port is usually a residue nobody tested for. We test for it first.

We source it

Argentine chia from established NOA and Buenos Aires growers, selected on natural dry-down without desiccants. We buy, take title, and stand as one accountable counterparty from plant to vessel — not a broker passing a message.

We prove it

Each lot analysed before we offer it — the polar-pesticide panel most conventional sellers skip, plus metals, micro and physicals. Primoris and GBA, named, per lot. We report the figure.

We move it

Our founding partners run YAD Logística — nearly forty years of Argentine export, import, customs and regulatory navigation. Exports clear in our own house, FOB Buenos Aires, cash against documents. The analytical file travels with the cargo.

New as a brand. Not new to the port. Nearly four decades of Argentine export logistics stand behind every lot we move.

What we actually do

We qualify the lot before we offer it.

We don’t forecast prices and we don’t sell certainty we haven’t measured. We run each lot on the panel that catches what standard screens miss, and we send you the figures. The certificates below are our producers’ — released, with the lab report, alongside samples.

Send us your list

Send your pesticide list and purity floor. We run it as analytes and return a pass/fail on every line — before you spend a minute of QA time, before anything is committed.

Your spec, line by line

Whatever it has to clear — EU MRLs, a private pesticide list stricter than the EU, a purity floor — we hold it as structured analytes and report against each one. No “meets organic” hand-wave when your list goes further.

The polars, named

Glyphosate, AMPA, paraquat, diquat, phosphonic acid — the polar residues a standard multiresidue screen physically cannot see. We report the number on each, not a blanket pass.

Before you commit

You see the analysis before the lot is committed and before a container is booked — so a shipment window is never lost to a residue nobody checked.

Built by us · held by no one else

A lab reports a lot. Our system reports it against you.

A certificate of analysis is a wall of numbers. Whether those numbers clear your destination and your buyer’s private list is a separate, manual, error-prone read — usually done after the lot has already moved. We built the layer that does it instantly, and it’s ours alone.

01 · Structured standards

Every destination’s limits, held as data

EU MRLs, US tolerances, and each buyer’s private pesticide list live in our platform as structured, current data — not a PDF someone remembers to check. When a rule changes, the engine changes with it.

Proprietary · Ortura Systems
02 · Automatic matching

Lab result vs. your spec, line by line

The moment a Primoris or GBA result lands, the system matches every analyte against the exact standard your lot has to clear — and returns a pass/fail per line in minutes, not a week of manual COA-reading.

Analyte-level · instant
03 · Answer before commitment

Does this lot clear where you’re sending it?

That question gets a structured answer before the lot is committed and before a container is booked. No shipment window lost to a residue nobody thought to check against the right list.

Before it ships
Same seed, same labs as anyone. The intelligence that turns a lab report into a shipment decision is the part we own — and it’s why the answer comes back in minutes.

The panel most sellers skip

We run the polars. Then we tell you the number.

Most conventional chia is screened on a standard multiresidue panel that physically cannot see the polar pesticides — glyphosate, AMPA, paraquat, diquat, phosphonic acid. Those are the ones that fail a lot at the port. We run them, per lot, and report the figure — not just “pass.”

Every lot is a separate report against your spec. We show you the analytes before you commit QA time — not after a container is on the water.

Where this goes

Most origin desks are a phone and a spreadsheet. We are building the one that answers first.

01

World-class growers

We source from established Argentine growers, hold them to one standard, and take title ourselves. Product in hand and analysed — not a brokered promise against somebody else’s warehouse.

02

Certified in our own name

Organic certification (OIA) in process — Ortura certified in its own name from 1 January 2027. Not a producer’s certificate passed along — a certification that belongs to this desk and cannot be routed around it.

03

Technology, not headcount

Ortura Systems holds every destination standard as structured data and matches each lab result against it before shipment. Built with Casavolk AI, our trade-technology wing. Other desks read certificates. We compute them.

04

Seeds, and then more seeds

Chia in hand today, sesame trading forward against the 2027 crop. Every seed we add clears the same analytical bar before it is offered — the standard travels, not just the product.

Start with a document, not a commitment

Send your list. We’ll run it.

Send the pesticide list and purity floor your material has to clear. We’ll run it as analytes and return a pass/fail on every line — free, no obligation. If it clears, we allocate a lot and draw your sample from it. Tell us your target level; we’ll come back with an offer.
